How to Cancel Your AFTS Service

Coaching Programs

  • Email avril@avrilfortuin.com with subject line: "Cancellation Request"

  • Include: Your name, programme name, and cancellation date.

  • Cancellations must be received 48 hours before your next scheduled session to avoid charges.

  • Note: The first coaching session is non-refundable; remaining sessions are refunded pro rata.

Digital Products (eBooks, Courses, Assessments)

  • Email avril@avrilfortuin.com within 14 days of purchase

  • Subject line: "Digital Product Refund Request"

  • Include: Order number and reason for refund.

  • Refunds processed for defective products only; no refunds for change of mind

Subscription Services (Newsletters, Memberships)

  • Log in to your account at avrilfortuin.com

  • Navigate to Account Settings → Subscriptions

  • Click "Cancel Subscription"

  • Alternatively, email avril@avrilfortuin.com

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What Happens Next

  • You'll receive confirmation within 2 business days.

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 30 business days to your original payment method.

  • You retain access to the digital products you have already downloaded.

  • Coaching materials remain yours after cancellation.
